Refund Policy

SPANA (Pty) Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on request fees paid by customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at vusumuziisaac@gmail.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack, our payment processor, and typically clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What is refundable

  • Request fees paid where the provider failed to arrive or cancelled before work started.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Technical issues that prevented the job from being delivered through SPANA.

Note: the work fee agreed directly between you and the provider is not handled by SPANA and is not covered by this policy.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
